£3,359 for ‘Simple’ treatment.
This applies for quick, single jaw treatment, where only a single set of up to SEVEN aligners
would be needed for minor movements.
This type of case accounts for less than 5% of all Invisalign cases seen at Kenilworth Dental Practice.
Single jaw treatments are rare and only carried out if this is achievable clinically.
£3,799 for ‘Average’ or ‘ Slightly Complex’ treatment.
These cases involve both upper and lower jaws and take longer because the teeth movements required might be more challenging.
Cases in this category account for the vast majority, around 90%, of all the Invisalign® cases we see.
To achieve straight teeth a total of two sets of aligners are typically needed in the end for these cases.
So, if a final, second set of aligners are needed, you won’t pay any extra as we automatically include it in the sale price for this category.
Treatment time in total would be expected to be around 18 months, depending on the degree of crowding (how crooked the teeth are).

£4,299 for ‘Very Complex’ treatment.
These rare cases, for complex treatment on both jaws, will require at least 2 sets of aligners (sometimes rarely a final third set of aligners) to achieve straight teeth.
Treatment time would typically be at least 18 months or more.
If or when needed, a maximum of up to three additional sets of aligners are automatically included in the sale price for this category, so you won’t pay any extra.

Monthly payment Options
Most of our patients tend to afford complex dental treatment with finance options.
We offer a choice of monthly payment options, including interest free options for up to 2 years (you pay no interest).
Just an example: If you pay a 50% deposit and spread the remaining cost of your treatment over 18 months, you’ll pay just over £105 per month for our most common ‘average’ case treatment.

Assessing Case Complexity
The price you pay is determined by the complexity of each case, this is the amount of teeth crowding or ‘crookedness’ present in your mouth at the beginning. A detailed 2 hour clinical consultation is first needed so that we can look at your individual case in more detail before a final price can be confirmed with you.

Our standard sale package automatically includes one FREE set of standard upper and lower removable retainers, worth £450.
The second ‘add-on’ discount in our Smile Event includes the option of adding on fixed, permanent wire retainers, at a significant 50% price reduction compared to our standard fees.

Fixed retainers are different to removable retainers.
They help significantly in keeping the upper and lower front teeth straight after treatment.
They’re hidden, discrete and have significant benefits, acting crucially as an additional ‘safety net’ when chosen alongside removable retainers.
According to research data, having BOTH types of retainer can significantly reduce the chances of long term relapse occurring, compared to relying solely on wearing removable retainers after orthodontic treatment.

Over 95% of our patients choose to add on fixed retainers. They often tell us that it gives them extra reassurance and security that the teeth won’t risk relapsing back towards a crooked position in the long term.
Consequently, at Kenilworth Dental Practice we’ve observed an extremely low rate of long term orthodontic relapse on our treated patients.

As time passes, the standard removable retainers, which are included in the sale price, will need replacing at further cost due to wear and tear.
When choosing Vivera® removable retainers, you would receive 3 identical sets of premium upper and lower Vivera® removable retainers, providing you with enough for the long term, compared to a single set of upper and lower standard removable retainers.
This final ‘add-on’ discount of 30% off Premium Vivera® removable retainers is only available until October 6th 2023 and as with the two other discounted ‘add-on’ options above, this discount only applies when Vivera® retainers are pre-purchased upfront, at the start of Invisalign® treatment.

No! These 3 add-ons are not compulsory, there is no pressure from us and you will remain in control of whether to choose to proceed or not to proceed with them included in your package.

The main price benefit is that they are only heavily discounted when/if pre-purchased upfront at the start of your teeth straightening journey.
If you prefer not to proceed with some or all of the add-ons, you will still achieve straight teeth at a heavily discounted price in our 2023 Summer Smile Event, because the basic discounts are still fantastic!
And rest assured that the basic sale packages still includes one set of upper and lower standard removable retainers.

We’re Flexible with Deposits
In all cases you can choose to pay a larger deposit if you wish, this brings down the monthly cost. A minimum 50% deposit is required to qualify for interest free credit.
Interest Free for 12, 18 or even up to 24 months?
Our interest free options are for 12, 18 or 24 months, and a compulsory deposit of 50% is required in all cases.
So, as you can see, there are lots of possible combinations.
